Angel Trains
Angel Trains is one of the UK’s leading train asset management companies, with over 4,500 train carriages under active management. Based in both London and Derby (England), Angel Trains leases passenger rolling stock to almost all of the UK’s train operators.
Angel Trains was formed as a Rolling Stock Company (ROSCO) in 1994 when British Railways was privatised. Since privatisation, Angel Trains have invested over £5bn (€6bn) in new rolling stock and refurbishment projects. Angel Trains employs a cradle-to-grave asset management model, ensuring that the fleets deliver their full potential throughout the whole asset lifecycle. This process is supported by over 130 people, of which almost half are qualified engineers.

We’ve launched the first green long-distance trains in Germany in 2018, with the objective of offering the service in other EU countries following the expected opening of the European rail market. Italo
Italo is EU’s first private high speed rail operator. Founded in 2006, after the liberalization of the Italian railway market, Italo started the commercial operations in 2012. Today, with its fleet of 47 last generation high speed trainsets, Italo operates more than 110 services per day, connecting more than 30 cities and 40 stations. Italo offers journeys that are rich in entertainment experiences and that provide tailored services, with maximum comfort, designed for the needs of all kinds of travellers. In 2019, more than 20 million passengers travelled with Italo.
Leo Express
Leo Express is a private transport group conducting train and bus transport. It started its activities in 2012 on backbone lines in the Czech Republic. Since 2014 it is active also in Slovakia and since 2018 in Poland. In 2017, Leo Express took over the German company Locomore and resumed its operation on the Berlin – Stuttgart route together with the company FlixMobility, becoming the second largest commercial passenger carrier on the German rail. Leo Express is the first Czech carrier to operate a rail connection outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In July 2018 it started operations on the Prague – Krakow railway route, becoming the first passenger commercial carrier on the Polish rail. Since December 2019, Leo Express operates regional connections in the Pardubice Region in the public service obligation and a fast train between Prague and Wroclaw, Poland. This year, the company plans to deploy new Sirius trains for which it is the author of the design.

MTR Nordic is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTR Corporation Ltd (UK), which is based in London and is part of the global MTR Group. MTR Nordic Group includes seven companies: MTR Tunnelbanan, MTR Tech, MTRX, MTR Pendeltågen, MTR Facility Management, MTR Mälartåg and MTR Nordic, the Nordic parent company.
MTR Nordics’ combined workforce is approximately 6000 staff, ensuring that more than one million journeys can be completed on metro lines and commuter trains in Stockholm , as well as regional trains in Mälardalen every day. MTR has operated the Stockholm metro since 2009, commuter trains in Stockholm since 2016, and Mälartåg since 2021.
MTRX is an open access operator primarily between Stockholm and Gothenburg and has been the most punctual operator of all train operators and airlines on the route for three consecutive years. The start of MTRX has created competition on the route with improved service, higher punctuality, lower prices, and an increased number of departures. The positive development has boosted sustainable travel and has been essential to driving the shift from air to rail in the Swedish travel market.

RegioJet
RegioJet is a leading long distance private bus and train operator in Central Europe, mainly in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Hungary. RegioJet's railway network connects Vienna, Ostrava, Košice, Prague and Bratislava through its northern and southern line. It also has a wide network of bus lines across Europe (operated by STUDENT AGENCY under the RegioJet brand). Under PSO contracts, RegioJet operate inter-regional trains connecting the second and third largest cities in the Czech Republic - Brno and Ostrava, as well as regional trains in Ústí nad Labem Region. In summer 2020, RegioJet successfully launched a direct season night train connection from the Czech Republic and Slovakia to Croatia (Rijeka/Split).

Snälltåget operates night train service to and from Scandinavia and daily services between Malmö and Stockholm.
